# EASTMAN PPF — Automotive Paint Protection Film

Keep your factory paint flawless for years. EASTMAN PPF is a premium, ultra-thin, flexible protective film that bonds directly to your vehicle's paintwork. It shields against stone chips, road debris, scratches, bird droppings, bug splatter, tree sap and UV fading, while the top coat self-heals fine swirls and scratches under heat.

- **Self-healing top coat** — fine scratches and swirls disappear under sunlight / hot water (auto-repair capability, change <5% after UV aging).

- **Superior stretch & fit** — elongation at break up to >450% (PCU series), 12–20 MPa tensile strength, conforms to curves, edges and contours for a nearly invisible finish.

- **Anti-yellowing** — yellowing / color change under 2% after 3000 hours accelerated UV aging, equivalent to ~10 years of outdoor use.

- **Hydrophobic & stain resistant** — water and bead run off cleanly; bird lime, tree sap and road grime wipe off easily, keeping the paint glossy.

- **Chemical & weather resistant** — passed chemical-resistance and aging tests; survives 72-hour oxalic-acid soak and crusher spray (no bumps or scratches).

## Three Material Grades

- **TPH (entry)** — TPH-SH6.5 / SH7.5: budget-friendly glossy protection, great for high-volume shops and value packages.

- **TPU (mainstream)** — V / VA / G series and colored films: the all-rounder. Gloss clear from 6.5–10 mil, matte, bright black, and Sunroof Ice Armor (blue / black crystal) with self-healing and 10-year anti-yellowing.

- **PCU (premium)** — PCR7.5 / 8.5 / 9.5: highest elongation (>390–450%) and tensile strength (up to 20 MPa / 2400 psi), maximum stretchability and long-term durability for flagship builds.

## Available Thicknesses

6.5 mil / 7.5 mil / 8.5 mil / 9.5 mil / 10 mil — choose thinner for everyday gloss, thicker (8.5–10 mil) for maximum front-end / rocker protection.
